ONLINE REGISTRATION - This is the quickest, easiest, and preferred registration option!:  Register online via EventBrite at http://www.blackprelawconference.eventbrite.com. You will receive an order confirmation and event ticket immediately in your e-mail inbox.  Print out the ticket for admission and/or bring a picture I.D. card to the Registration Center on conference days.

FAX REGISTRATION:  You may fax the registration form to 281-247-4026.

MAIL REGISTRATION: Complete and mail your registration form to: National Black Pre-Law Conference and Law Fair, P.O. Box 631234, Houston, Texas 77263.

PHONE REGISTRATION: If you choose to register by phone, please leave all of the information requested on the registration form (which will be posted shortly) on the voicemail recording.  You should expect to receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. Call 281-247-4026.  

INFORMATION for LAW SCHOOL RECRUITMENT FAIR

LAW SCHOOLS: SIX TABLES HAVE OPENED UP AND ARE NOW AVAILABLE.

PLEASE NOTE: The Law School Recruitment Fair will take place for one day only on Friday, October 10, 2008.  A dedicated block of time from 9:00 AM - 12:00 P.M. NOON will be exclusively set aside for the Law Fair.  No other conference events will take place during that time.  Schools will be able to have tables set up and materials available for the entire day (until 5:00 P.M.), and representatives will be able to participate in all conference activities including lunch with prospective students for both conference days if they choose.   Tables are limited to a ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM of 84 schools due to space limitations at the University Hilton - University of Houston.  The Waldorf Astoria and Shamrock Rooms on the Second Floor of the University Hilton have been reserved specifically for this event. 

Schools may register online, or e-mail, mail, or fax us the registration form below.  The form below should be completed no matter which registration method is utilized.

Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis.  Unless payment is made, you are not considered officially registered.  Schools that have not paid for previous conferences will not be able to register for this year's event until the previous balance has been paid.

INFORMATION for SPONSORS

If you would like for us to send you information on sponsorship, please call or e-mail us and we will send you an information package via mail within a week of receiving your request.  We can also e-mail you a sponsorship package if you prefer.

We are still actively seeking sponsors!

We especially need sponsors for the continental breakfast, Saturday lunch, receptions, and all refreshment breaks.  You may donate money to cover costs, or offer in-kind donations for our conference participants.  Contact us for further information.
